Power Rulers and James Bible Letter

James Chapter One verses 14 to 15 [New International Version] says:

"... each person is tempted when, by their own evil desires, they are dragged away and enticed. Then, after the desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and, sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death."

There are leaders around the world today, whose actions fulfil these verses:

evil desires such as wanting to rule another sovereign land or geographic area and its people, for historic or current reasons,

generate ungodly actions - invading, oppressing, warring to bring about their desire -

and from that birthing many die.

Whoever harbours envy and selfish ambition should not boast about it for such 'wisdom' does not come down from heaven, but is earthly, un-spiritual, of the devil. For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice.

The wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.
